根据《福田区教育局关于做好2021年秋季学期区属幼儿园招生工作的通知》相关要求，本园2021年秋季学期招生工作安排如下：

According to the requirements from《 The notice of Futian District Education Bureau on enrollment of kindergartens in autumn 2021》, the enrollment of second semester of 2021 is arranged as follows:

幼儿园基本情况

｜Information

深圳市福田区英伦威廉王子公学侨香幼儿园，位于福田区安托山六路侨香雅居1-3层，是一所民办幼儿园，办学许可证编号：144030460001411，办学规模12个班，核定人数是280人。2021年秋季计划招生小班30人，中班20人，大班15人。全园建筑面积3464平方米，园内设施设备先进齐全，有宽敞、明亮的活动室、还设有舞蹈室、美术室、烹饪室等。

Prince William Preschool Qiaoxiang(PWQ) is located on 1st-3rd floor of Qiaoxiang Yaju, 6th Antuo Hill Road Futian District Shenzhen City. PWQ is an international kindergarten and the license number is 144030460001411. PWQ can provide 12 classes and 280 positions for children. We plan to recruit 60 children for K1 class, 45 children in K2 class and 25 children in K3 class for 2nd Semester  in 2021. The building area of whole campus is 3464 square meters, with different facilities. We also have different sharing spaces such as theatre, art room, kitchen, etc.

招生对象

｜Enrollment candidates

小班招生对象为：2018年8月31日（含8月31日）前出生的幼儿，共60名。

中班招生对象为：2016年9月1日后（含9月1日）—2017年8月31日前（含8月31日）出生的幼儿，共45名。

大班招生对象为：2015年9月1日后（含9月1日）—2016年8月31日（含8月31日）前出生的幼儿，共25名。

Enrollment for K1 class:

Date of birth: children born before August 31st , 2018 (including August 31st ). 

Number of children: 60

Enrollment for K2 class: 

Date of birth: children born after 1st September , 2016 (including 1st September) and before 31st August , 2017 (including 31st August).

Number of children :45

Enrollment for K3:  

Date of birth: children born after  1st September, 2015 (including 1st September) and before 31st August, 2016 (including 31st August).

Number of children:25

（一）报名方式

安排在5月27日—6月10日进行，由家长自行登录“英伦威廉王子公学2021年秋季学期招生信息采集系统”（http://princeuk.org）进行报名。（该系统仅用于信息采集，具体录取结果以幼儿园公布为准。）或微信、电话报名。

（1） Online registration: the date of registration will be start from 27th May to 10th June. Parents will register on “kindergarten enrollment information collection system in autumn 2021 of Futian District, Shenzhen City" by themselves. Website address is  http://ertong.szftedu.cn/ft_ keis/front_ End / jsp / login / loginpage. JSP.  The system is only used for information collection, and the final results are subject to the kindergarten announcement.

（二）材料核验

安排在6月11日—7月5日进行，采用分批核验，届时请已经报名的幼儿家长留意短信通知，按时携带材料来园接受核验（查验原件，留存复印件）。需核验的报名材料如下：

1.持有幼儿本人居民身份证（未取得身份证的可用户口簿、港澳通行证或护照等代替）、出生证明和预防接种证明；

2.持有幼儿所在家庭户口簿，其父母（或监护人，下同）至少一方具有深圳户籍或持有具有使用功能的深圳经济特区居住证。报读公办幼儿园的，父母至少一方具有深圳户籍或持有具有使用功能的深圳经济特区居住证，且在深圳居住满1年、连续参加社会保险（养老保险和医疗保险）满1年。

3.幼儿所在家庭住址应在所申报幼儿园招生范围内，并持有家庭住所相关材料（下列材料中的任一项）：

a.由我市不动产登记管理部门出具的本社区住宅用途的不动产权证书或有效购房合同；

b.现居住地街道办事处房屋租赁管理部门登记备案的本社区住宅用途《房屋租赁凭证》；

c.在住房建设部门登记备案的本社区政策性住房的《购房合同》或《租赁合同》；

d.本社区其他住房材料。

4.享受国家、广东省和深圳市政策优待人员的适龄子女，需持有相关政策优待材料。

（2）Information checking : It will start from11th June until 5th July , and the information checking will be carried out in batches. Parents who have registered need to pay attention to the notice. Once you receive message please bring the documents to the kindergarten to check on time (we will check the original documents but only keep the copy). The application documents should to be verified are as follows:

1. Please provide your children's resident identity card ( The identity card can be replaced by household registration book , Hong Kong and Macao travel permit or passport for children who haven’t obtained the ID card), birth certificate and vaccination certificate;

2. At least one parent needs to register the residence in Shenzhen or the residence permit of Shenzhen. For children who are eager to go to public kindergarten , at least one parent needs to register residence in Shenzhen or has a residence permit for Shenzhen special economic zone. Parents have to live in Shenzhen for 1 year and has been participating in social insurance and medical insurance for 1 year.

3. The home address of the children should be located on the certain area from kindergarten, and parents have to provide documents that related to their real estate. (any one of the following documents has to be issued )

(1) The real estate certificate or valid house purchase contract issued by the real estate registration management department in ShenZhen;

(2) "Housing lease certificate" for residential use in the community registered and filed by the housing lease management department of the current residential district office;

(3) The "house purchase contract" or "lease contract" of the community's policy housing registered in the housing construction department;

(4) Other residential housing documents in the community.

4. For kindergarten-age children , who have preferential policies of the state, Guangdong Province and Shenzhen city , have to provide relevant preferential policies documents.

（三）录取方式

报名材料核验合格人数不超过招生计划人数，我园全部录取；报名材料核验合格人数超过招生计划人数，我园将采取分类抽签的录取方式录取。

7月23日前将在园区一楼公示栏公布录取结果，并将通过电话或者短信方式通知家长。

(3) Admission

If the number of qualified applicants does not exceed the enrollment plan, all of them will be accepted by our kindergarten; If the number of qualified applicants exceeds the enrollment plan, we will adopt the admission method by drawing lots.

The admission results will be announced on the notice board which on the first floor on 23rd July. We will inform all parents by phone or sending messages at same time.

｜Kindly reminders

（一）报名和报名材料核验先后顺序与录取结果无关。

（二）幼儿父母（或监护人）对报名信息和核验材料的真实性负责。报名信息与报名材料不符，或提供虚假材料的，一经查实，将视为无效报名，录取后也将取消学位。

（三）被录取幼儿须体检合格后方可正式入园。
