大自然，真奇妙！| 融合部“共享地球”单元探究
103一株草木，为大地增添一抹新绿
一汪清泉，为生命增添一份清凉
大自然有无尽的宝藏，等着我们去探索，让我们跟随孩子们的探究，走近奇妙的自然世界吧！
Plants are a canopy that paints the Earth green.
Water is a source of life. Life depends on it to flourish.
Seeing nature’s hidden treasures means opening up new worlds of discovery. Let’s explore our student’s journey as they inquire into the natural wonders of nature.
动物是人类的伙伴。孩子们研究了动物的牙齿、脚、皮肤等身体结构对环境的适应性演变，也关注到濒危动物的生存困境。为此，孩子们制作了濒危动物的宣传册，呼吁保护动物的实际行动。
Animals can develop friendships with humans. Year 2 students explored that all living things adapt overtime to survive. Students explored how animals have adapted both behaviourally and physically in response to their environment. Among them are teeth, feet, skin, and other structural adaptions. Students also researched endangered animals and their role as responsible citizens. Lastly, students created brochures to save endangered species, calling for practical actions to save them.
OUR WORK
植物是自然界的魅力。孩子们研究了花、草、树木、种子的组成部分和生长历程，理解了植物对生态环境的重要意义。他们亲手种植盆栽，用爱心和细心呵护属于自己的绿色植物。
Plants create calming green spaces, provide oxygen for us to breathe, and nourish our senses. Year 1 students inquired about how plants are a life-sustaining resource for us and other living things. First, they studied the parts of a plant and their functions. Then our students planted their own seeds and oversaw the life cycle of their plants. From this unit, students understood the importance of plants for our planet.
为了让孩子们获得更加专业的探究体验，学部邀请了复旦大学的植物专家卢宝荣教授，他做了“探索生物多样性”的专题报告，为孩子们深入讲解了绿色植物的演化、人类对动植物的驯化以及技术革命对生态环境的影响。

卢宝荣，博士，复旦大学特聘教授，博士生导师。1993年获瑞典农业科学大学博士学位。现任复旦大学希德书院院长，复旦大学学位评定委员会委员。任中国国家生物安全委员会委员，中国农学会遗传资源分会副理事长，中国农业生物技术学会理事，上海植物学会副理事长，上海科普作家协会常务理事。
获国家发明专利10余项，获国家级和省部级奖项10余项。2020年入选美国斯坦福大学发布的全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单（World's Top 2% Scientists 2020）。
To deepen our students’ knowledge and inquiry, Professor Lu Baorang, a plant expert from Fudan University, was invited to deliver a presentation on ‘Exploring Diversity.’ This exposed our young inquirers to real-world learning experiences. Students learned about the evolution of plants, animals, and humans.
