BCA蓝堡国际托育园深知语言黄金期对于孩子一生语言能力形成的重要性，秉持科学化的语言启蒙教学理念，学校为每一名学生提供90%英文使用占比。母语外教全日制带班是英文环境基石，除此以外，每日四节高品质外教课为孩子们提供了充分地英文听说时间保障。用餐、户外运动等日常生活中，外教亦全程参与其中。这一举措确保英语真正渗透到日常生活的每一个细节，真正成为孩子们的第二母语。
BCA understands the importance of the golden age of language in the formation of a child's lifelong language skills and upholds a scientific philosophy of language initiation. A full-time native-speaking teacher is the cornerstone of the English environment. In addition, four daily classes with a native English teacher are the cornerstone of the school. Foreign teachers are also involved in children's daily life, such as using meals and doing outdoor sports. This initiative ensures that English really permeates every detail of daily life and becomes the children's second native language.
BCA的英语课堂教学可分为学术英语和学科英语两大模块。
Creative English作为英文语言主课程，包含Phonics、Grammar、Reading、Nursery rhymes、Show and Talk等多门梯度鲜明、教学目标明确的细分课程，帮助孩子们从多种维度提升“听、说、读、写、演”五大能力。
BCA全部课程由口音纯正的资深外教亲自授课，在我们的课堂上，每一个孩子都将获得沉浸式的英语学习体验，富有亲和力的外教老师将充分激发孩子对英语学习的兴趣，引导孩子聆听纯正语音，鼓励孩子开口交流，将幼儿独有的、卓越的语言学习天赋最大程度地发挥出来。
与此同时，蓝堡国际托育园的教学研发团队在外教的带领下，针对中国学龄前儿童的特点，开发出一套DIY原创小书，作为授课内容。每一本DIY原创小书都拥有精美可爱的外观，通过创设有趣的情境，引导孩子循序渐进地走进丰富多彩的英语世界，学习字母、字母组合、单词和句型，真正做到“把英语玩儿起来”！
BCA's English teaching can be divided into two modules: Academic English and Subject English.
Creative English, as the main English language curriculum, includes Phonics, Grammar, Reading, Nursery rhymes, Show and Talk, which are sub-courses with distinctive gradients and clear teaching objectives, helping children to improve their "Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Acting" skills from multiple dimensions.
All BCA courses are taught by experienced foreign teachers with authentic accents. In our classes, every child will have an immersive English learning experience, and our friendly foreign teachers will fully stimulate children's interest in learning English, guide them to listen to authentic speech, encourage them to speak English aloud, and bring out their unique and outstanding language learning talent to the maximum.

The creative laminating machine from the United States is powerful and easy to operate. It can easily cut cardboard, non-woven materials into beautiful graphic blocks. Children could easily make beautiful three-dimensional arts and crafts under the guidance of teachers with the machine which fully activates their imagination and creativity, exercises their hands-on ability, and ignites a creative art 3D revolution!
The mission of BCA Science Education is to stimulate children's imagination and curiosity. We provide kids with fun, interactive and rewarding hands-on projects that enable them to develop a clear understanding and knowledge of the basic concepts and principles of science, and to understand how science affects their world through perceptual awareness and in this way we will develop their scientific thinking.
Wood is a gift from nature. The carpentry workshop is a course to complete works using natural wood materials. At the BCA Carpentry Workshop, children of different ages will use small, safe and lightweight operating tools under the guidance of teachers to complete creative wood work of different levels. The workshop can release children’s nature by getting close to nature and exercise their hands-on ability, aesthetic ability and independent problem solving skills.
In this vegetable garden, we have grown many things, such as celery, coriander, pumpkin, corn, okra, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, strawberries and more. Children have the opportunity to learn how a seed germinates, blooms, and bears fruit. We will also take the children to harvest the fruit to take home and share with parents.
PBL is BCA's interdisciplinary inquiry-based curriculum tailored for young creative makers. According to the BCA curriculum, every 4 weeks, children will propose a topic they are interested in and foreign teachers will lead them to initiate a project around the topic. Through the five stages of topic selection - material collection - mind mapping - research - summary presentation, children are guided to initiate questions and apply concepts and knowledge in practice to gain experience that can help solve problems.
# PBL行走的课堂 #
在蓝堡PBL项目式的学习中，我们会围绕主题带领孩子们去一个真实的场景中进行体验式教学，让孩子们身临其境地感受主题的内涵，帮助他们建立对主题的深度理解和认知，从而沉淀为他们自己的知识体系。
In BCA's PBL project-based learning, we will invite children to a real-life scenario around the theme for experiential teaching, so that kids can immerse themselves in the theme and help them build a deep understanding and knowledge of the theme, which can be precipitated into their own knowledge system.

园长曾在耀华、AJA等国际幼儿园从事幼教教学和幼儿园管理工作十余年，具有非常丰富的幼儿教学经验、国际幼儿园所管理经验。
外教均来自母语国家。100%本科以上学历，30%以上拥有硕士学历，均持TESOL证书，3年以上国际幼儿园的工作经验。
主要中教老师均来自一线国际幼儿园，100%本科以上学历，50%以上拥有硕士学历，持有教师资格证+高级育婴师证。其中中方教学主管有着12年的教学经验，尤其擅长幼小衔接，曾指导多名小朋友升入沪上重点小学。
The principal has been engaged in preschool education and kindergarten management for more than ten years in international kindergartens such as Yew Wah and AJA, and has very rich experience in preschool teaching and management of international kindergartens.
Foreign teachers are all from native-speaking countries. 100% have a bachelor's degree or above, and more than 30% have a master's degree, all hold TESOL certificates, and have more than 3 years of work experience in international kindergartens. The main Chinese teachers are all from the first-line international kindergartens, 100% of whom have a bachelor's degree or above, and more than 50% have a master's degree, holding a teacher qualification certificate + senior nursery teacher certificate. Among them, the Chinese teaching supervisor has 12 years of teaching experience, and is especially good at connecting young kids. The supervisor has guided many children to enter key primary schools in Shanghai.
