爱眼护眼 “睛”彩分享——博可思幼儿园爱眼主题活动

眼观世界，无限宽广，保护眼睛要从你我做起。为增强孩子们的爱眼、护眼意识，近期博可思的孩子们在老师的带领下，围绕“世界视力日”开展了以“科学用眼 健康成长”的主题活动。
Eyes allow us to see this big world with unlimited horizon. Vision protection is an important task for both you and me. To draw kids’ attention to issues of eye health and vision protection, the big tree academy and its teachers organized activities gearing towards the theme “use eyes properly and grow up healthy” on October 14th.
PK班的孩子一边听着老师讲故事，一边认识了自己的小眼睛。
First, Pk class kids got to learn some fun facts about their eyes from listening to the teachers’ stories.
K1班的孩子们在“小眼睛，对对碰”的游戏中，感受着灵动可爱的眼睛是多么的有趣。稚嫩的声音，表达出了一颗颗爱护眼睛的心。
K1 kids participated in the game of “matching eyes” and were happy to find out that their eyes could perform interesting tasks with great agility. They were amazed by their eyes and voiced their commitment to protect them.
眼睛长得怎么样？通过观看图片K2班的孩子们进一步了解眼睛的重要性。那就让我们一起转动起小眼球，给我们的眼睛做个操。
What is the structure of our eyes? K2 kids learned the importance of their eyes through looking at the anatomy pictures of eyes. “So K2 kids, let’s all move our eyes, and do some exercises!”
K3的哥哥姐姐马上就要进入小学了，提前学做眼保健操，教育孩子们注意用眼卫生。亲自设计“爱眼日”宣传画，介绍了保护眼睛的小方法，和朋友们一起登高望远，知道远眺大自然的景物可缓解眼睛的疲劳。
The big brothers and sisters of K3 will attend elementary school soon, so they learned more about eye health and practiced the eyes exercise in a more systematic way. They designed the “Love Eyes Day” brochures by themselves and described ways to take care of their eyes and protect their vision. Together with their friends, they stood on a high ground and looked afar. They learned that looking at objects from a distance can help relax their eyes.
爱你的心，需要眼睛来表达；博览群书，需要眼睛观世界。世界视力日，让我们共同携手，一起保护好孩子们的眼睛。纯真童年，水亮眼睛。
We need our eyes to show affection. We need our eyes to read books and acquire knowledge. Let’s work together to protect to keep our kids’ eyes healthy and protect their vision on the World Sight Day and beyond. Let our kids’ eyes shine bright in their gold childhood.
Monitor and control the time kids spend on looking at electronic screens.
Manage kids’ schedule well and increase kids’ outdoor activities
Stop bad habits that hurt eyes. Do not rub eyes with uncleaned hands.
Make sure kids get enough sleep and eat a diet that helps vision.
Proactive screening of eye problems is the key to eliminate them in an early stage.
